The Boardroom Adventure session is a facilitated game experience that helps teams understand each other better, clarify priorities, and strengthen collaboration around shared goals.

In just three hours, participants explore their organization from a new angle, uncover key connections, and find concrete ways to move their challenges forward.

It’s an immersive workshop that blends play, insight, and action — a powerful first step toward rethinking how your organization collaborates and makes decisions.

  • Format: 3h30 — In person
  • Ideal team size: 2 to 18 participants
  • Languages: English or French

Session Outline (3h30)

Play (1h) — A fully immersive first round to explore the dynamics of an organization in a fun, hands-on way.

Decode (15 min) — A quick debrief to share insights and reflections from the game.

Apply (1h15) — A second round focused on your team’s real challenges and ambitions.

Debrief (30 min) — A closing discussion to capture key learnings and turn them into actionable next steps.
