What’s Boardroom Adventure?
It’s a serious game that makes teamwork feel surprisingly real — and surprisingly fun!
In Boardroom Adventure, your team builds an organization from scratch and experiences how strategy, roles, and decisions intertwine to make things work… or not. Each session sparks fresh insight, shared language, and alignment that carries far beyond the game table.
Scenarios for every taste!
The game includes 180 unique scenarios where your team can unleash its creativity. Businesses, startups, non-profits, governmental institutions, or… unusual enterprises!
- A thrift shop reinvesting everything to save the planet.
- A secret society on a mission to reinvent everyday life.
- The Society of Accidental Art, dreaming of inspiring the next hit movie or TV show.
And that’s just the beginning.

Choose an organization and match it with a daring ambition.
2. Build It Together

Frequently asked questions
How many players can participate?
Ideally 3 to 6, but we have seen the adventure flourish in larger groups.
How long does it take?
About 60–90 minutes : enough to spark ideas, reflection, and maybe a little friendly rivalry.
Do we need a facilitator?
Not mandatory. The game plays itself... but for more in-depth insights (or better crowd management), we offer expert facilitators.
Can we customize it?
Absolutely. Scenarios, ambitions, challenges: everything can be adapted to your team, your industry, your challenges. A quick reminder: fun first, work second.
Can I use this for my real organization?
Yes, but start by playing. Testing crazy ideas in the game is safer than in the office. After experiencing the adventure, you'll know how to recognize it... and tackle it in real life.
Is this just for “serious” companies?
Not at all. We've already played with start-ups, large corporations, non-profits, and even a group of young retirees. They all survived. Most of them loved it.
Will we still be friends after playing?
Probably. And if not, at least you'll know why... and how to fix it.
