How many players can join?
Best with 3–6 players, but we’ve seen the adventure scale beautifully with bigger groups.
How long does it take?
About 60–90 minutes : enough to spark ideas, reflection, and maybe a little friendly rivalry.
Do we need a facilitator?
Not required. The game runs itself... but if you want deeper insights (or better crowd control), we offer expert facilitation.
Can we customize it?
Absolutely. We can adapt scenarios, ambitions, and challenges to fit your team, industry, or specific pain points. Just don’t forget : it’s fun time first, business time later.
Can I use this for my real organization?
Yes, but play first. It’s safer to test bold ideas in the game before you try them at work. Once you’ve lived the adventure, you’ll recognize it in real life and know how to handle it.
Is this just for “serious” companies?
Nope. We’ve played with scrappy startups, big corporates, non-profits, and even a group of young retirees. All survived. Most thrived.
